Steps to reproduce:

1. Focus this input:
2. Create a new tab
3. Select the search field in the new toolbar
4. Switch back to this tab
5. Attempt to type something

Both the input field on this page and the search field in the toolbar will appear to have keyboard focus. The search field will actually have key focus.
